How We Work...
Once we've talked, decided to work
together, established a budget and signed a contract
then the information download begins. We organize the
information, establish the hierarchy, and create the
brief. Using our web savvy, communication expertise and
technological know-how, we create effective web
communication on-time and on budget. After that, we
disseminate the results and compare them to original
goals. Finally, we leverage our learning to define next
steps.

In stage one, we
discuss timelines, assets, budgets and process so that
we have a clear understanding of the task before us.
Then we put all this down in the term sheet and sign the
contract. With the contract signed, there can be no
surprises.
Analysis
In stage two, there are three guiding questions we need to
answer:
What do you want to say?
To whom do you want to say it?
What do you want to happen next?
Of course, this means
investigating other things like competition, brand ID, business objectives,
sales cycle, marketing plan and staff competencies. It also involves technical
questions about your company like your level of business automation and what
your workflow is like. Once we know all this, we construct the creative
contract. The creative contract is what our team works
from to create the web solution. Everyone signs it and
everyone sticks to it.
Design & Launch
In stage three, we research, analyze, concept, design,
write and code. If it's a web site, the first thing that
you will see is a site map and a description of
functionality (if it's not a website, we go straight to
design). Next we put together between 2 and 3 design
comps from which you select one and provide further
feedback. We refine, represent and get approval. Once
you sign off on final design, our developer codes it and
tests it in every browser, platform and hosting
environment known to man. Once the developer is
finished, you review, sign off again and (deep breath)
go live.
But we're not quite done yet..
Evaluate
In the fourth stage we measure the performance and compare the results
to original goals. For example, are online purchases up?
Is site traffic up? Is lead generation up? Does your
entire company support it? And so on.
Expand
In stage five, we leverage our learning from stage four and knowledge of
your business to identify other projects (banner ads,
email marketing campaigns, etc.) that we think could
have a high ROI.
